About our establishment

We are a Restaurant and Bars partnership between culinary visionary Matthew Butcher, Salter Brothers & IHG across Sydney and Melbourne.

Our 2 Sydney venues offer unique experiences in a relaxed, casual luxe atmosphere.

As a Bartender, you will provide an exceptional level of service to all guests using your enthusiasm and confidence to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. You will also be responsible for the preparation and delivery of drinks for our restaurants and bars.

We are looking for someone who will be flexible to work as a Food & Beverage Attendant where required.

Key qualifications:

  • The right to work in Australia
  • A thorough working knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment
  • Demonstrated food & beverage service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A valid NSW RSA competency card
