We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Bartender to join our team in Avalon Beach.

This is an exciting opportunity to create a unique drinks experience for our guests. As a key member of our opening team, you will craft classic cocktails, signature creations inspired by Indian flavours, as well as serve beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to a high standard.
  • To develop and showcase signature drinks that complement our menu.
  • To provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
  • To maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
  • To handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a bartender or cocktail mixologist (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • A strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishes, and presentation.
  • An RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Creative flair and a passion for mixology.
