
Regional Business Development Coordinator

The Client Regional Coordinator role involves managing service regions under general direction. This position requires supervising various functions, applying skills and knowledge gained through qualifications and/or experience, and ensuring regional performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, appraise, manage, educate, and monitor the performance of support staff to ensure qualified personnel are available.
- Oversight of scheduling and allocation of support workers to meet clients' needs.
- Ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met according to management directives and compliance standards.
- Collaboration with the Business Development team to generate and convert leads through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Managing initial assessments, onboarding processes, and providing advice to potential clients, families, and carers.
- Preparing monthly activity, performance, and compliance reports for the Operations team.
- Maintaining accurate records and overseeing records management systems.
- Representing the business, building brand awareness, and networking within sectors.
- Attending SIL homes and reporting findings as part of internal audits.
- Meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets.
- Serving as the primary contact for NDIS clients, assisting with plans, goal setting, and budget management.
- Staying informed about updates to NDIS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinating with contractors and internal/external teams to meet client needs.
- Monitoring feedback and using insights to improve services.
- A relevant degree with one year of experience; three-year degree with two years of experience; associate diploma with relevant experience; or lesser qualifications with substantial experience.
- At least 2 years in team leadership or support management within the NDIS sector.
- A strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking, problem-solving, leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
- Ability to supervise complex functions and provide expert advice.
- Effectiveness at prioritizing and organizing work for oneself and others.
