**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to residents and leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality services.

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse, and previous senior clinical care experience in health, with aged care exposure. You will possess strong leadership and influencing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead all clinical services in line with organizational processes and policies, provide quality care services and professional practice, and oversee the implementation of continuous improvement activities in clinical and lifestyle services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian-recognised equivalency
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
  • Previous senior clinical care experience in health, with aged care exposure
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications
