Therapy Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health services to families impacted by domestic and family violence and sexual violence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in therapy coordination and leadership, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of practitioners.

This role encompasses line supervision of a clinical team, working closely with stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness and outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to deliver exceptional results within a culture focused on impact, accountability, and innovation.
  • Providing supervision and leadership for team members, emphasizing practice excellence.
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Managing referrals, intake, waitlists, and therapist allocation.
