The Role

This Senior Business Intelligence Analyst position reports to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, based at our Tullamarine office.

You will be responsible for managing data integrity and providing analysis to support accurate reconciliations, stock management, and logistics efficiency to enhance decision-making within logistics and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across various systems.
  • Assisting with reconciliations between resources, company stock, and third-party logistics inventories.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of logistics data to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Working with stakeholders to offer analytical support and deliver actionable insights on trends.
  • Designing and developing reporting using tools like Power BI.

About You

  • Prior experience as a senior data analyst, preferably within a services business.
  • Data visualisation expertise using PowerBI and other analytic tools.
  • The ability to clearly communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • You are curious & a problem solver with a positive can-do attitude.
  • You like to have fun and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
