About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Lead to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective distribution network capability, ensuring seamless transportation modes, and driving high customer service performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain cost and efficiency
  • Provide expert guidance on regional market conditions and lead efforts to minimize the impact of supply chain logistics disruptions
  • Ensure compliance with all trade regulations through documentation and implementation of procedures
  • Design and manage relationships with Third Party Logistics Service Providers
  • Contribute customs expertise by identifying, analyzing, and measuring improvements to key processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Strong background in logistics, including warehouse and transport processes
  • Expertise in import and export regulations, including INCO terms and customs compliance
  • Previous experience in managing 3PL relations and leadership qualities
  • Dangerous Goods certification and ERP/SAP experience
