Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote client autonomy and self-determination by participating in their daily routines, goals, and interests.
  • Implement behavior support and client care plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect, adhering to individualized care plans.
  • Utilize computer/IT skills and report writing to effectively document client progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license (P2 NSW) and flexibility to work AM/PM and overnight shifts.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children Check.
