Job Title: Community Development Specialist

This role is a key member of our team and plays a critical part in shaping the social fabric of the community.

  • Liaise with local stakeholders to create inclusive environments for all residents, leading the development of strategies that strengthen wellbeing, equity, and resilience across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with health partners to deliver Social and Health Impact Assessments, ensuring healthy outcomes for future generations.
  • Develop and implement policies that promote social inclusion, equity, and wellbeing.

Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Planning, Public Health, or related fields.
  • Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence & Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience leading Social and Health Impact Assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills using demographic and social data.
