Midwife Opportunity in a Well-Known Private Hospital

Are you a skilled and compassionate midwife looking for a fresh start in a supportive environment? We have full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities available in our Birth Suite and Postnatal Ward.

As a registered midwife, you will provide comprehensive care to women and infants, offer breastfeeding support, and mentor less experienced colleagues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring best practices in infection control and patient safety.

  • Provide high-quality midwifery care to women and infants in the Birth Suite & Postnatal Ward
  • Offer expert guidance on breastfeeding and parenting
  • Support and mentor junior staff members, including student nurses and AINs
  • Maintain up-to-date records and care plans
  • Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
  • AHPRA-registered Midwives (or eligible for registration)
  • Experienced midwives preferred, but all applications welcome
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
