Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer engagement efforts. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
This strategic position requires collaboration with various teams to deliver campaigns, programs, and content that meet customer needs.
The successful candidate will be accountable for meeting revenue targets and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrating a passion for the job and leading by example in achieving sales and delivery mission goals.
- Collaborating with sales counterparts to understand customer needs and business objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for new services by understanding potential use cases and articulating business value.
- Executing as an Engagement Manager in assigned areas with full accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Communicating relevant customer success stories, services offerings, and metrics to demonstrate value to customers.
Requirements
- Domain knowledge and experience working with customers to realize business value through production implementations.
- Proven experience in senior customer-facing roles requiring influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding, and execution.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, including communication with executives and other stakeholders.
- A consistent track record of identifying customer needs and implementing successful solutions.
- Strong leadership experience, good project governance, and delivery excellence.
- Service delivery and program management skills with the ability to synthesize customer success outcomes into well-structured plans.
