We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Sustainability Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful impact in the climate and sustainability space, working with leading organisations to navigate environmental challenges and build resilience for the future.

The Role
  • Shape investment decisions to protect the Great Barrier Reef from climate change through decision science and risk management frameworks.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and modelling to help clients achieve better outcomes.
  • Develop ESG strategies for mining companies and essential service providers.
  • Facilitate strategic risk workshops using proven frameworks that enable success.
  • Create decision-support applications that inform asset investment choices.
  • Quantify social impact value for renewable energy companies.
  • Partner with marine science agencies to assess Australia's natural capital.
Key Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sustainability or climate change consulting experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, commerce, science, economics, or mathematics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data interpretation, modelling, and research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to synthesise complex information.
  • PASSION FOR ESG, SUSTAINABILITY, SOCIAL IMPACT, OR RISK ANALYSIS, preferably in asset-intensive industries.
  • Client-focused approach with a drive for problem-solving that accelerates outcomes.
  • Ability to align strategy, risk, and investment decision-making with ESG objectives.
