• We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Lake Cargelligo and surrounding suburbs.

This is a casual and permanent part-time position offering on average 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex-up shifts. The hourly rate for this role is $29.06 - $32.56 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive a travel allowance of $0.92 per kilometre, plus paid travel time between client visits.

This is not a disability or residential facility/nursing home position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering domestic assistance, including light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general chores around the house.
• Providing social support, emotional support, and companionship within the home, as well as unassisted shopping.
• Reporting and progress notes as required.

Requirements:

• A current Australian driver's license and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
• Fully vaccinated (2) against Covid-19.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm.
• Ability to commit to our PAID 2-week Brilliant@Basics training and induction program when first commencing.
