About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mower Operator to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our groundskeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our commercial sites and council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. You will be working with a range of mowing equipment and performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure our green spaces are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
  • Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Drivers Licence.
  • White Card.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
