Job Description

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll, including weekly casuals and fortnightly full-time employees. You will also maintain and edit employee information, answer queries, and take action on changes effectively.

  • Process payroll in accordance with relevant agreements and awards
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update information as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Assist with administration responsibilities, including employee contracts and compliance
The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer who has end-to-end payroll experience and excellent written and interpersonal skills. Exposure to the education industry and relevant agreements/awards is ideal. You will be confident in picking up new systems promptly and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in payroll administration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in payroll software and systems
