About the Role

DroneShield Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success in the electronic warfare and AI sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and review contracts related to intellectual property, service agreements, and employment law.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel and outside legal counsel to address legal matters and develop corporate policies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Law degree from an accredited Australian, North American, or European university.
  • Admission to practice in Australia.
  • 2 to 4 years of legal experience, preferably in the technology or engineering sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
