Overview
As a key member of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the dynamic and fast-paced environment. This newly created role involves delivering a consistent and engaging experience by managing employment contracts, onboarding, and ensuring the integrity of HR systems.
The Coordinator will work alongside the Head of People and Culture providing general HR administrative support. You will gain exposure to all areas of People & Culture, helping you build a strong generalist skillset in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role
- Provide administrative support across the Team Member lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, role changes, and offboarding.
- Liaise with new hires and coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all documentation.
- Maintain and update Team Member records; triage and escalate queries in line with our policies and procedures.
- Coordinate compliance requirements (e.g., Security Clearances, Police Checks, visas).
- Assist in planning and delivering team-building events and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
**Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Team Member lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, promotions, role changes, and offboarding.
**Communication and Liaison**: Liaise with new hires, coordinating onboarding processes and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all documentation.
**Record Maintenance**: Maintain and update Team Member records, troubleshooting and escalating queries in line with our policies and procedures.
**Compliance and Coordination**: Coordinate compliance requirements, such as Security Clearances, Police Checks, and visas.
**Team Engagement**: Assist in planning and delivering team-building events and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
