About Our Team

We are seeking a Healthcare Industry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop strategic communications, craft clear, compelling messaging, and use data to drive marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement with Continuing Professional Development, Overseas Trained Physicians, and Supervisor Professional Development programs.
  2. Craft strategic communications, tailored to diverse audiences.
  3. Analyse data and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to test and validate new product and service opportunities.
  5. Support multi-channel marketing, across digital, social media, direct marketing channels, and event promotion.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist with a passion for healthcare marketing. You will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a can-do attitude to every project. You should be a storyteller, a data-driven marketer, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to drive engagement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
