Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Manage medications, including administering and documenting as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • STNA certification or completion of the Medicare competency evaluation program
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an STNA or home health aide
  • Knowledge of home health aide practices and procedures preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, and acceptable driving record
