Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Student Success Developer

This is a key role in supporting the academic success and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at an esteemed institution.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Advancement Team with a strong emphasis on improving academic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students by driving initiatives that foster academic progression, retention and completion.
- Contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of programs and services tailored to meet the unique needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement tailored learning support initiatives that promote academic excellence, student engagement and overall wellbeing.
- Liaise with other University Units to embed culturally responsive policies, procedures, and support frameworks for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
- Manage and develop staff to ensure high-quality delivery of academic and student support services.
