Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Llean Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive process improvements and lead cultural change in our Refinery and Coining Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Lean initiatives, leading cultural transformation, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement. You will work closely with experienced General Managers and teams to achieve productivity and efficiency gains.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering measurable results through process improvement, optimization, and cultural transformation. You should be fluent in Lean methodologies and tools, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and more. Experience in project and change management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Lean initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Lead cultural transformation and foster a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Work closely with teams and General Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Apply Lean methodologies and tools to drive process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Lean Management certification or Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Lean Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process improvement, optimization, and cultural transformation
