The Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center provides unique insights to protect Microsoft and our customers. If you're an expert on targeted threats, human-operated ransomware, and intrusion detection, we're looking for you to help protect Microsoft and its customers against targeted attacks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and track sophisticated adversaries.
  • Persuade key stakeholders to adopt your ideas and work collaboratively to protect Microsoft assets and customers.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones to deliver benefits to Microsoft and its customers.
  • Apply knowledge of the phases of a cyber operation to uncover new intelligence.
  • Work with products and services to improve security for customers, including evaluating their requirements and gaining support for your ideas.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of adversary capabilities, infrastructure, and techniques.
  • Expertise tracking APT adversaries leveraging the Diamond Model.
  • In-depth experience producing actionable threat intelligence on targeted and advanced persistent adversaries.
  • Applied knowledge across all critical elements and common data types used in threat intelligence analysis.
  • Strong experience supporting incident response and being familiar with common incident response procedures, processes, and tools.
