Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our restaurant management team as an Assistant Manager. This role will involve assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating a positive work environment for all Team Members.

  • Providing exceptional customer service skills.
  • Communicating effectively with verbal and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable managerial skills.
  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Competent computer skills.
