We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill an Operations Coordinator role in our Brisbane office.

This dynamic position involves recruiting, managing and providing feedback to casual personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The role requires the ability to manage existing relationships with clients in various sectors including hospitality, tourism, catering, aged care and health. A key aspect of this role is marketing services on phones, via email and getting out on the road periodically.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and managing casual personnel
  • Managing client relationships
  • Marketing services
  • Learning and operating company systems
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are met

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism sectors, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.

The operations team works a rotating roster which includes time spent on bookings, allocations and marketing. This role requires someone who can adapt to change and work under pressure.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
