Organisational Capability Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in coordinating and ensuring the delivery of organisational development and capability strategies that enhance the skills and competencies of the workforce.
- Manage education and staff professional development programs to achieve excellence in care delivery and contribute to quality improvement processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service provision and achieve organisational objectives through collaboration with managers.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Midwife;
- Minimum 5 years post graduate nursing/midwifery experience;
- Relevant management/leadership experience;
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
