Job Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Professional to support our Maintenance & ITS projects. In this role, you will work closely with operations and project teams to deliver timely and effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Advanced Works Notifications and internal newsletters
  • Engage with the public, councils, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Assist in planning and delivering internal events and staff engagement activities
  • Provide backup support for a 24/7 Operations Support Centre
  • Collaborate with project managers and business operations to ensure consistent messaging
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or administration preferably in construction or road maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign experience is beneficial
  • Friendly, driven, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable engaging face-to-face with diverse stakeholders
