Drive Innovation in IT Operations

We are seeking an experienced ITOM professional to join our team. As a Principal Product Excellence Architect, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of ITOM projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement repeatable solutions and approaches to improve implementation efficiency and customer success.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex customer issues that require expert support.
  • Work closely with product teams to share feedback and insights from customer experiences, driving feature improvements and usability enhancements.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of ITOM solutions, identifying opportunities for adjacent product adoption.
Requirements
  • Seven years of experience implementing multiple ServiceNow ITOM products, including Implementation Certificates and registered implementations.
  • Advanced understanding of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration, including domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects, and SUDO policies.
  • Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Enterprise architecture domains, AMZN API, VMware automation, Puppet / Chef / Ansible, integration & automation expertise with orchestration.
  • Service-oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise, cloud management platforms, IT operations experience in storage, network, and compute of enterprise environments.
  • ITIL / CMDB implementations, scripting with powershell, perl, wmi, ssh, python, javascript, Xpath, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
