Job Title

A highly respected and experienced security professional is sought to join our team as a Public Transport Security Officer. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for those with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and protecting clients' assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch interpersonal skills, working across a rotating roster 7 days a week, observing and monitoring behaviour, managing challenging situations in a positive way, responding to incidents in a calm and confident manner, and possessing excellent communication, reporting, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Current and valid WA Security licence
  • Current and valid WA Driver's licence
  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR
  • Must hold or work towards obtaining Baton, Handcuff, OC and Empty Hand Technique Certification within probationary period

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work across a rotating roster, 7-day week, 365 days a year (24/7, day and night shifts)
  • Observe and monitor individual's behaviour
  • Manage challenging situations in a positive way
  • Respond to incidents in a calm and confident manner
  • Excellent communication, reporting and conflict resolution skills
Essential Requirements:
  • Current and valid WA Security licence
  • Current and valid WA Driver's licence
  • Certificate II in Security Operations

  • Must hold or work towards obtaining Baton, Handcuff, OC and Empty Hand Technique Certification within probationary period

  • Earning potential between $85,000 - $105,000 per annum
