Senior Insurance Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced insurance lawyer to join our team and provide expert legal advice to support our group insurance business.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of Australian financial services laws.
The successful candidate will have a law degree, Practising Certificate for New South Wales, and at least 8 years' experience in life insurance, with specific experience in group insurance or superannuation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic legal advice to support the growth and development of our group insurance business.
- Manage legal risks associated with contract negotiation and drafting.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Law degree and Practising Certificate for New South Wales.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in life insurance, with specific experience in group insurance or superannuation.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian financial services laws.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
