About the Position:

You will work on a variety of litigation matters within Property Insurance, including complex indemnity disputes, liability claims, high-value property recoveries, Professional Indemnity, and General Insurance.

You'll manage your own files, prepare legal advices, communicate with clients, brief experts, draft court documents, and appear in court as needed. The team is well regarded in the Australian insurance market and works with most major insurers.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 super (Guide)
