Transportation Associate: Operating Shuttle Bus

We are seeking a Transportation Associate to safely transport guests between Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre and the Gorge according to schedule, providing informative and engaging commentary about the local area and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate shuttle buses in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist with coordinating driver breaks, fatigue management, and guest movements
  • Maintain professional standards and excellent customer service as a team leader
  • Ensure vehicles are well maintained by completing pre-shift checks and reporting issues promptly

Requirements:

  • A valid, unrestricted QLD drivers license at a minimum of HR Rigid (HR) category
