We are seeking customer obsessed Shuttle Bus Drivers to join our Touring Team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre.

Embraced by one of the world's most beautiful locations, the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an enticing destination to introduce visitors to both the stunning natural beauty of the Daintree and the rich culture of the Kuku Yalanji people.

We are seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver – Team Leader to join our team full-time. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day shuttle operations, lead and support the driver team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience through safe transport and engaging commentary.

Key Duties

  • Safely transport guests between Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre and the Gorge according to schedule
  • Provide informative and engaging commentary about the local area and culture
  • Assist with coordinating driver breaks, fatigue management, and guest movements
  • Lead and support the driver team, maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service
  • Ensure vehicles are well maintained, completing pre-shift checks and reporting issues promptly

You Will Have
  • A valid, unrestricted QLD drivers license at a minimum of HR Rigid (HR) category
  • Eligibility for a QLD Driver's Authorisation to operate passenger services
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
