Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This senior-level role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently to craft narratives that cut through noise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in comms, PR, or marketing, with a focus on SaaS, search, martech, or digital-centric businesses. They will be responsible for developing and managing our earned media approach, crafting compelling story angles and pitches, and monitoring trends in search, adtech, and privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our earned media approach
  • Craft compelling story angles and pitches
  • Monitor trends in search, adtech, and privacy

Requirements:

  • Min 6+ years experience in a comms, PR, or marketing role
  • Strong writer with a sharp editorial sense
  • Experience securing media coverage and growing organic audiences

Benefits:

  • Part-time role (20 hours per week)
  • Pro rata salary of AUD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
  • Potential for increased compensation and role expansion as the business scales

Working Arrangements:

This role requires working directly with the Marketing Lead and Founder, who are based in Australia and New Zealand. Candidates must be located within these timezones and comfortable working remotely, managing their own time, and wearing multiple hats.
