Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our clients stay connected and engaged with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to maintain our clients' dignity and well-being.
  • Manage medications and assist with mobility and therapy goals to promote optimal health and function.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our clients and their families, providing a sense of relief and comfort.
  • Provide complex care for clients with high care needs, including dementia and other complex conditions.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to clients' homes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a commitment to promoting the dignity and well-being of our clients.
