Job Title

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding production staff within the workshop, ensuring the site remains a safe working environment for all staff. They will process vehicles upon arrival, assist with ordering and receipting of parts, paint and consumables, and manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective quality repairs are carried out.

In addition, they will manage the production of the site to meet set productivity targets and customer expectations, assist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction, and oversee housekeeping within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the site remains a safe working environment for all staff
  • Managing and guiding production staff within the workshop

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
