We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of preventative and reactive maintenance, cost control, and service delivery. They will also foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and team development.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver excellence in safety, quality, production, and cost objectives.
- Oversight of preventative and reactive maintenance practices across the facility.
- Manage budgets, labour, and R&M spend to meet financial targets.
- Drive HSE compliance and champion a safety-first culture.
- Ensure plant reliability through effective maintenance systems and continuous improvement.
- Recruitment, development, and succession planning for staff members.
- Management of capital projects, equipment installations, and contractor performance.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to achieve optimal operational outcomes.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance management within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HSE principles and commitment to safe work practices.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and industrial relations matters.
- Ability to lead change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Tertiary or trade qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
