We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our organization.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients. This will involve responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, processing orders and completing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Process orders and complete administrative tasks with precision
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Strong telephone skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
