Field Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting client sites to provide cleaning services
  • Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and performing regular maintenance checks
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile devices
