Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts across various positions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment experience.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in end-to-end recruitment with experience managing multiple vacancies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Success Factors or similar recruitment systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
