Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sauna Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role involves loading and unloading vans with flat-packed infrared saunas, ensuring safe and efficient transportation. You will also be responsible for delivering, installing, disassembling, and maintaining flat-packed infrared saunas to meet customer needs.

You will need to resolve any sauna operational issues through effective problem-solving and communication skills. This includes communicating with customers and internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will also be required to document all installations, pick-ups, maintenance, issues, and repairs accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will handover installed saunas to satisfied customers.

  • Communicating with customers and internal operations teams.
  • Documenting all installations, pick-ups, maintenance, issues, and repairs.

Requirements

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

Prior experience in delivery, installation, or similar fields is preferred, but enthusiasm to learn and show initiative is key.

Able to use tools and handle physical work with basic mechanical aptitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
