Early Childhood Educator Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs for all children.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
  • Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
  • Assist in observing and evaluating children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences.
  • Design and implement activities for children's developmental program.
  • Contribute to a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.
About You:

You should be a creative and inspired educator with a passion to lead and develop age-specific programs and daily routines.

Collaborative teamwork and strong relationships with educators, children, and families are essential.

Requirements:
  • A recognized Certificate III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates.
