Site Manager

The role of a Site Supervisor is crucial in the delivery of complex construction projects. As an experienced professional, we require someone to assist in the setup and coordination of our sites, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with full site setup and daily coordination
  • Supervise trades and subcontractors on site
  • Monitor work progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety requirements on site
  • Liaise with site management and stakeholders as directed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years local experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects
  • Demonstrated experience supervising site operations on Commercial Projects up to $30m
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S practices and procedures
  • Ability to work independently while following site management direction
