Council's Education and Care business units coordinates Cumberland Council Family Day Care in accordance with the Education and Care National Law and Regulations, Family Assistance Legislation, and Education and Care's Guiding Principles, and policies and procedures.
This home-based quality early education and care service is committed to providing professional and supervised care for children up to 13 years of age. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development, while ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in your care.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with young children and their families, as well as excellent communication skills and creativity. A minimum ACECQA approved qualification in Education and Care (Certificate III level) and current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, and CPR Certificate are essential requirements. You will also need to hold a valid Working With Children Check Number and commit to at least one year's service.
A competitive salary package is on offer for this role, estimated to be around $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
