Research and Evaluation Opportunity

We are seeking a First Nations person with a relevant degree or qualification in research and/or evaluation to join our team.

This role combines research, evaluation, and policy leadership to evidence the impact of our organisation and promote system change externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews and evidence scans to inform organisational systems and service reform frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain an internal register of strategic research priorities.
  • Establish a monitoring system using national and international literature and evidence.
  • Review and enhance existing external research partnerships processes and documents.
  • Benchmark our research and evaluation against national and international standards.
  • Explore creative ways to visualise key research and evaluation principles.
  • Work closely with R&E teams to document local First Nations staff perspectives on research and evaluation sovereignty.
  • Identify research grant opportunities to fund internal projects.
