Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to oversee two separate units and develop a team of clinicians.

This role involves ensuring the ongoing delivery of excellence in care to residents, building strong relationships with families, and promoting continuous clinical improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need current AHPRA registration and rights to work in Australia. A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical leadership role is also required, as well as an understanding of AACQA and ability to manage and engage with stakeholders.
