Caravan Park Hospitality Role

The Caravan Park Attendant is a key role in our operations, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing face-to-face customer liaison at the parks, including provision of information, handling customer complaints, and managing cash transactions.
  • Responding to customer correspondence and enquiries via email and phone.
  • Receiving and making booking reservations using RMS software.
  • Performing grounds care duties such as weeding, spraying, pruning, mowing, mulching, and related tasks.
  • Completing general maintenance duties including minor carpentry repairs, painting, handyman repairs involving power tools in cabins, communal ablution blocks, kitchens, offices, fences, and other items.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in hospitality, commercial cleaning, or caravan parks.
  • Safe manual handling techniques and use of chemicals experience desirable.
  • RMS booking software proficiency preferred.
