About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to join our team at The Navy's Anchorage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consistently create excellent customer experiences
  • Effectively train and manage teams to increase capacity and performance
  • Set clear goals and objectives aligned to success and effectively articulate visions to the team creating accountability and ownership
  • Proactively lead the team during service, ensuring all stations are performing effectively, the customer experience is memorable & the team are motivated
  • Ensure all processes and systems are followed and understood by the team
  • Effectively manage risk & compliance & drive productivity
  • Work at all stations on a daily basis to support your team

Key Qualifications:

  • A passion for great customer service
  • A high level of coffee knowledge and trouble shooting machines
  • Experience managing, inspiring and training teams in a hospitality, customer service orientated environment
  • Proven ability articulating & ensuring KPIs are exceeded through managing, inspiring and training your teams effectively
  • A keen focus on processes and compliance and ensuring quality every time
  • Energy, flexibility & resilience with a keen focus on motivating others
  • Career driven with the passion and abilities to be successful
  • Proven ability to use a computer and the Microsoft suite of programs
  • Experience working in a franchise model business, with ability to open a new business and drive sales
