Restaurant Team Member Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled team member to join our dynamic American-style burger joint in Melbourne's Inner East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily restaurant operations with high attention to detail and consistency.
  • Help implement, maintain, and improve procedures and systems.
  • Train, supervise, and support front and back-of-house staff with the manager's guidance.
  • Cook burgers, prep meats, and ingredients to standard.
  • Manage stock levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate orders.
  • Serve customers with energy, accuracy, and a great attitude.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Full availability from Wednesday to Sunday.
  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual setting.
  • Confident in cooking, food prep, and front-of-house service.
  • Strong desire for leadership, communication, and time management.
  • RSA Certificate - either held or willing to obtain.
