Job Opportunity: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and store standards
  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve individual and store performance goals
  • Drive daily operations, including rostering, stock management, and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in fashion or retail
  • A passion for minimalist styling and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on creating elevated in-store experiences
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, motivating, and mentoring
  • High attention to detail with a natural flair for visual presentation
  • Confidence in managing store operations, financial reporting, and performance metrics
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills
