About the Role

As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Store Management team in achieving storewide objectives, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store. You will focus on the Communications department, including:

  • Achieving sales and profitability targets through providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store's Communication Team.
  • Leading and maintaining the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
  • Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting.
About You
  • You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, have proven retail experience, and a broad knowledge of Telco.
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities, and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
  • You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure.
